Whoosh…

I’m returning from my summer sabbatical, which was filled with playing, retreating, recharging, and deeply listening to my Inner Wisdom. I spent the summer lounging by the pool & ocean, supporting women at the Feminine Wisdom Weekend at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, creating a Goddess of Love retreat with Carin Rockind, and strategic planning (the feminine way) on Bainbridge Island with the leadership team of the Path of Self Love School.

I also joined the TODAY Parenting Team this summer as part of my commitment to being a strong voice for raising children to love themselves (and I’ll be starting a self-love podcast in January, 2019).

In my first article on TODAY Parents, called There’s a Self-Bullying Epidemic Happening in Schools. Learn How to Identify and Cure It, I include tips on how to recognize and transform self-bullying in kids (the wisdom I share can also be applied to adults).
