Feel ALL Your FeelingsI don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling the FULL range of human emotions lately.

And it’s made me so aware of the self-judgement and self-shaming we have on ourselves when our emotions are anything but joyful, grateful, hopeful, inspiring, elevating, cheerful, and happy.

I love feeling all of those feelings.

AND…

We are human beings living on planet Earth.

Which means we also feel emotions that we don’t typically find pleasurable to experience like sadness, loneliness, fear, anger, rage, jealously, doubt, and frustration.

And even though you probably already know, I’m here to remind you that you have full permission to feel ALL your feels.

When these strong emotions show up, I invite you to PAUSE and NOTICE how your full range of emotions are showing up in your BODY, showing up in your THOUGHTS, and impacting your BEHAVIOR.

And to remember you are not alone.
