You Are Making A Big Difference

So many people self-sabotage themselves during this time of year by getting more and more stressed as they continue to over-give and over-commit… especially when their Inner Wisdom knows this leads to overwhelm and burnout!

One of the root reasons for this stress and overwhelm… is that you forget just how much you’re already making a difference and that the difference you’re making is ENOUGH! Yes, there are moments when we all feel like there is still more to do, but one of the healthiest and most self-loving things you can do, taught to me by my mentor Christine Arylo, is to remember: YOU ARE MAKING A BIG DIFFERENCE!

Take a Pause to Really Reflect on and Feel into These Three Self-Love Inquires…

  1. How you have made a difference in at least one person’s life this year?
  2. What is the impact we are making in the lives of others, the world, and in your own life?
  3. How has your commitment to loving and caring for yourself supported you in 2018?

Give yourself a big self-love gift by creating space between now and the end of the year to answer these super powered inquiries!
