For the past 3 months, I’ve been exercising 3 to 5 days a week. I have mostly been walking on the treadmill, walking outside, or doing P90X. Although I like all three of these options, I sometimes get bored of them.
So I was excited when Gaiam invited me to review Gaiam TV, which streamlines fitness, yoga, and inspirational programs 24/7 directly to my computer and mobile devices. It’s a subscription service, like Netflix, for health, wellness, yoga, personal development, and fitness enthusiasts. You can access workouts form top fitness instructors like Rodney Yee, Seane Corn, Jillian Michaels, Mari Winsor and Kathryn Budig.
Gaiam TV is very user-friendly. One of the best parts was how easy it was for me to customize my workouts. I was able to filter the workouts based on my fitness level, the type of exercise I wanted to do, the instructor and the amount of time I wanted to workout. I think my favorite function was the ability for me to create a playlist of my favorite worouts.
My Gaiam TV Playlist
I’ve only been using Gaiam TV for one week, but have really enjoyed the diverse workouts it has to offer. So far, my Playlist includes:
- Trudie Styler’s Weight Loss Yoga
- Rodney Yee’s Yoga for Beginners
- Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds
- The FIRM Cardio Dance Fusion Workout
- Meditation & the Five Elements
- Fit Body Yoga: Express Toning
- CorePower Yoga for Beginners
- Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30

Gaiam TV’s $9.95 per month subscription fee allows subscribers to stream unlimited content. Similar to Netflix, there is no commitment and members can cancel at anytime. Gaiam TV is offering a free 10-day trial to my readers, plus the first 25 people that sign up for Gaiam TV will get a free yoga mat with their subscription! If you’re interested in fitness videos, cardio workouts, health and wellness programs, or yoga, I recommend clicking here for this great offer!
