Welcome to the ultimate blog party (#UBP) hosted by 5 Minutes for Mom created to encourage “meaningful friendships that grow out of sharing who we are and getting to know one another.”

If you are new to my blog, you have arrived at a very exciting time. I recently launch The Mom Renewal Project, which encourages all moms to recharge themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually so they can live their best lives as women, moms, and partners.

I blog about my journey as I reconnect with my authentic self and make my personal self care a priority. I write about my need to slow down, my desire to connect with my natural inner wisdom, and my struggles and triumphs with nurturing my inner self.
