Life Mission

My life calling is to help you balance the demands of being everything to everyone while not losing your authentic self, your needs, and your passions in the process. I want to help you embrace a balanced set of passions into your life to give you the mental bandwidth to live your life each day with intention.

I define this calling as my life mission. Napoleon Hill would probably define this calling as my burning desire. However you define it, today I am transforming my calling/mission/desire into something physical. I am launching my first line of life balance products that were inspired by Oprah’s Best Life series. This is the beginning, and only the beginning, of moving my dreams into something physical.

    Wow, you designed and made those T-shirts and magnets? Well done! Very inspiring. How do I feed my body love? One way is to wear good shoes – not the high heels that look good but torture my calves, but lower heels that provide support enough to walk all day comfortably. So I love my feet, legs and body that way.

    How do I feed my body love? I make sure to spend a few hours each week doing something just for ME and finding delight in the simple pleasures of life. These moments of happiness are uniquely my own. Through my journey of personal growth and balance, I’ve come to realize that in order to live a life of pure happiness, a truly authentic life, I must know what makes me happy. Not knowing this can lead us into feeling there’s something missing in our lives.

    Great T-Shirts! Well done. And good luck to you with this new venture! I am sure you will succeed with all the love people are sending you.

    I am feeding my body love by exercising regularly, eating healthy, getting a massage/pedicure/haircut once in a while, by giving myself some time off from work/husband/kids to relax in a spa or just paint a whole afternoon with now interruptions, by eating chocolate when I crave it and not feeling guilty about it, by feeding my mind so it feels at ease with the body I have. A loved body is like a cat, it purs. It’s like a star that radiates the love back.

  • Stacey! These are great! I love their simplicity of design and message.

    I feed my body love with lotion and moisturizer. It’s cold and itchy in Minnesota during sub-zero weather. You can’t stay calm and inspired if all you want to do is itch. The older and more lizard-y I get the more my skin wants a drink. Just like drinking water helps us stay hydrated and focused, hydrating our skin soothes and comforts.

    HOw I feed my body love. I grew up on an 88 acre produce farm so I grew up eathing healthy. However I began working at age 5 in fields and at the farmer’s market six days a week. I’ve always worked very hard and am finally at the age and in the position where I don’t have to anymore.

    How do I feed my body love? By feeling worthy enough to use my time to relax more and have fun without feeling quilty.(Something a recovering workaholic struggles with)

    I’m at my duaghter’s in MI with my new 4 week old grandson, Henri, for the week because i CAN be.

    My ego likes me to believe, I am not enough, I don’t have enough, I don’t do enough. I feed my body love by remembering I am enough, I have enough, I do enough.

    Great products. I love Oprah and have followed her from the beginning.

    How do I feed my body love? …As a former workaholic, I have turned the message my ego gives me, “I am not enough, I don’t do enough, I don’t have enough” into the affirmation “I am enough, I have enough, I do enough.”

    I’m visiting my new grandson Henri for a week in MI. as I write this. If I didn’t have this body love I would be home obsessing over how to grow my blog, what my stats say and how to get more comments! Great products way to “Grow Girl.”

    well… i most likely won’t get a sweet shirt because i may get disqualified but i thought i’d throw in my part…

    i don’t feed my body love…

    to me, love is something so much more than the body is capable of experiencing. love is something that i feed my soul. which is (on a normal basis) within my body, this is why i thought i’d share. so… i guess i feed my body love with sharing love. i want everyone around me to feel happiness and love. if i can get a person to stop their everyday robotic routines just to smile at a passing stranger i feel like i’ve done my part, therefor feeding myself love; bringing a sort of balance.

    – Drink mineral water at least 2 liter per day
    – Play with my daughter after I get home from work
    – Read positive articles and books
    – Do exercise regularly
    – Have fun with my family on weekend.

    – I have stopped smoking since 6 months ago

  • I love to feed my body healthy foods. I have been making a conscious effort in 2009 to be better at loving my body. I eat more veggies and fruits and drinking lots of water! My fav snack is apples with peanut butter or celery and peanut butter.
