HAPPY NEW YEAR! Happy 2016! And Happy January – a beautiful month to dream and vision about all your heart and soul truly desire for 2016!
One of the things my heart and soul truly desire is healthy whole food for my body. My heart and soul are so tired of watching my instant-gratification-ego-self consume foods that makes my body, mind, and spirit feel sluggish & uncomfortable. That was so 2015.
I realize I’m not perfect.
I recognize I’m human.
I know I crave sugar and flour.
And am guilty of treating sugar and flour as a drug.
That’s why I know that I can’t align my eating with my soul on my own. I’m human. Which (according to Brené Brown) means I am hardwired for connection, love, and belonging. Brené Brown says connection, love, and belonging “is why we are here, and it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives”.
Which explains why I don’t want to do this healthy eating thing in disconnection… and why I love partnering and collaborating with others.
So I’m beyond grateful for the magical email I received on December 11, with the subject: Whole Foods Market Partnership.
My heart skipped a beat (okay… many beats) when I read these words. Whole Foods. Partnership. YIPPEE!!
I’m happy to announce that, starting today, I’m officially a Whole Foods Market Ambassador!
Throughout the month of January, I’ll be partnering with two local Whole Foods Market stores in the Philadelphia area (both the Wynnewood Whole Foods and the Devon Whole Foods).
I’ll be learning about, trying out, and sharing my experiences with Whole Foods Market’s Fit Meals and Products, Meatless Mondays, their Engine 2 Challenge, and Whole Food’s very popular January Supplement Sale.
I’ll also be giving away Whole Food Gift Cards throughout the month of January!!!!!
Here’s a sneak peek of some of the things I’m working on this month with Whole Foods Market…
Whole Foods Market Fit Meals and Products
Throughout January, I’ll be trying out Whole Foods Market Fit meals and products, which are already prepared nutritious to-go meals, snacks and desserts for people with active lifestyles created to boost energy (yes, this does imply I’ll be more active this January). What I love about these Fit meals so far, is that they are already prepared, on-site in Whole Food Market kitchens, and are rich in nutrients. Which is perfect for me and anyone else who does not naturally love to cook. Whole Foods offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert options, many that are paleo-friendly or vegan.
Meatless Mondays
This is another bonus for anyone that loves to eat whole foods but doesn’t naturally love to cook. Did you know a plateful full of meatless choices is only $8 (lid must close) on Monday’s from 4-7pm?
Each Monday, throughout the month of January, I will pick up dinner at the Hot and Salad Bars in Whole Foods Market’s prepared foods department.
I’ll be inviting my online tribe to join me for Meatless Mondays. More details on that will be coming soon.
Engine 2 Challenge
Staring on Monday, January 4, I will be participating in the Engine 2 Challenge.
Engine 2 is a simple action plan designed to give your body the fuel it needs to function at its best. It harnesses the power of “strong foods” — vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds.
If you sign up for the Engine 2 Challenge, you will receive a weekly newsletter (during the Challenge) with tips, recipes, videos and more.

You can also join me and others taking the challenge, using the hashtag #E2Challenge.
25% Off Supplement Sale
I’ll also be sharing details with you about Whole Food’s annual 3 day supplement sale, which is January 8-10.
You can now support your health and wellness by pre-shopping for the 25% off sale and pick up your order between Jan 8th-10th.
The sale includes ALL supplements, protein powders, probiotics, and fish oils.
Personally, I have started taking Renew Life’s everyday Ultimate Flora probiotics and Nordic Naturals’ omega 3 fish oil capsules. I’ll be sharing my reviews on these products later this month.
I’m so grateful for my new partnership with Wholes Foods and am even more excited to truly honor my body by feeding it with the love and support it truly needs.
More Soon!
Disclosure: This post was sponsored by Whole Foods Market. I am being compensated as an ambassador and am receiving products for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
You rock, girl!

Whole Foods is obviously SO AWESOME! I was all about your photo challenge and then I saw there was a giveaway to Whole Foods and got really excited! Congratulations on becoming an ambassador, that is so nice!!
Thanks Tiffany for participating in my Instagram challenge!
This article is exciting in so many ways. As I walked through WFM today doing my weekly shopping I felt a rush of joy knowing they had chosen someone I respect and care about to be a voice for them. Clearly they recognize you are a woman of power and influence. Kudos for shining your light so bright you got their attention.
Lastly, I’m all about eating to support body and soul. I could speak for days on this. So I’m super excited you are giving yourself that loving gift. I’ve cut out the sugars and grains again and feel so much better. There are still so many delicious foods to savor.
Love to you!
