Today I’m kicking off my Life Balance Group Writing Project and I want YOU to be involved!
My intention for this project is to explore the practice of life balance and get more and more people thinking about what life balance means to them.
The Result
The result of this Life Balance Group Writing Project will be a free eBook about the power of practicing the art of life balance. I want YOU to contribute to this eBook! This free eBook is going to be an inspiring resource for people who need help taking steps in the right direction towards practicing the art of life balance.

Darn! I JUST posted a life balance post right before I read this!
Now I’ll have to go think up another one! Great idea Stacey. I’m in!

I’m in! I just want to clarify. I write a post on Life Balance (obviously) and I post it anytime on my blog between now and October 26 CST, linking back to this post. Just let me know I’ve got it right and I’m all over this. Thinking cap is already on!
Wow, what a great idea! Consider me in. I am interested and excited about reading what other bloggers have to say about ‘Life Balance’.
Avani-Mehtas last blog post..Anger Management Tips – Anger Management Series Part VI
I just drafted a post on life balance yesterday – not posted yet, it will definitely be up before your deadline. I look forward to participating!
Hi Stacey. This is YUMMY! I’m in. A post has already been dancing in my head that would be perfect for this. Excellent idea.

@Strong Vered – No worries. No worries.
Great idea Stacey. Stumbled.
Will think about what I could have to say about life balance – it’s not one of my strong suits to be honest. Particularly feeling this way as right now I am swamped with work and other commitments and my 4 year old is going through a particularly narcissistic, demanding stage and completely doing my head in! I feel anythign but balanced.
But I’ll throw the idea into my creative toaster and see if anything spits out. Be in touch.
Kel 🙂
What a wonderful idea, Stacey! I’m a bit swamped with some projects, but I’ll try to work on it this weekend.
Count me in Stacey! Hmmm…now I need to start thinking…

Evelyn Lims last blog post..What Enneagram Profile Type Am I?
Great idea, Stacey. So many of my posts are about balance without using the word. Should be fun to just twist an idea to suit your/our purposes. Balance and Purpose!
Kip de Molls last blog post..Stuff
state of balance in real life is impossible to attain…Biblically or scientifically, there will always be less or more of something! But Stacey`s project is worthy endeavor! By recognizing that i lack of many things in life is a good wake up call for me or for others who may not be pretentious to claim that they have the best thing in this life! Let us do it Stacey!!!
Sound like a great plan, Stacey!
Robins last blog post..Why We Want To Live
I’d like to be in but I think my life is out of wack right now. I’ll just wait for the e-book to come out.
@Magnetizing Evelyn – Let me know if you come up with something. I’d love to hear your perspective.
@Clever Kid de Moll – Balance and Purpose. I love that. I’m looking forward to reading your twist on the subject.
@Thoughtful Karlito – Thank you for sharing your analysis of “state of balance”. I think “state of balance” can mean different things to different people and the depth of that meaning also crosses a large spectrum. At a high level, my definition of balance stems from balancing the needs of my inner authentic self with the needs of all of the other things that demand my time, attention, and energy. I don’t think it’s about attaining a state of balance because I don’t believe life balance is a destination (or something you attain). I think it’s a process and a journey to honor your authentic self, your needs, and your passions. I hope you contribute to this project and I look forward to reading more about your perspective on this topic.
@Radiant Robin – Thanks!
@Soaring Chris – Sometimes the most inspiring stories about life balance (and about life in general) come from people who are experiences life “out of wack”. I understand if you prefer to wait for the ebook, but I also encourage you to share your “out of wack” perspective. Your “out of wack” story has the ability to uplift people throughout the world.
Hi Stacey. That’s a good list of contributors. Two more weeks and we’ll celebrate in our collaborative efforts. Thanks for this opportunity to play in the sandbox!
Davinas last blog post..Thanks, It Means The World To Me
Okay Stacey, I will contribute something like a “Striving for Life Balance” post or “I’m Crap at Life Balance” post. Maybe I’ll reassure some other moms that there are lots of unsure, over-wrought and perfectionist life jugglers out there.
Kelly 🙂
@Dazzling Davina – Thanks again for contributing!
I’m in Stacey! And my post is done!
@Luminous BC – Thank you so much for participating. I love your post!
Stacey
Many of my comments in the blogasphere got lost or sent to spam folders for some reason. Did you see that I decided I’ll take your advice and do my version of a Life Balance post?
Hopefully this comment gets through.
Kelly
@Ambitious Kelly – Yeah! I can’t wait to read your post. Millions of moms will be able to relate to your words (including me)!
Would love to join this project. This is one of my pet themes:)
Prem Raos last blog post..Tangible Benefits of Coaching
Hi Stacey,
Your request could not have come at a better time, I just wrote a blog post the other day about this very topic – here it is http://stefaniezizzo.wordpress.com/
Hi Stacy, someone just sent me an email about your project and I am excited. I write about life and balance regularly and it is something we all work on. Now I am trying to balance my passion for politics and consciousness which at times seems like opposite ends of the spectrum.
I will be writing a blog soon about Balancing Life and let you know. Did you know Weds. is Blog Action Day and it is about bloggers doing something positive about poverty. There’s a symbol at my blog to find out more.
I love your idea and your blog is awesome.
