When I left my corporate job to follow my heart 7 years ago, I entered onto an unknown path that has led me to this moment… for me to be able to co-create one of the most important pieces of sacred work I think I’ll ever bring into this world – which is supporting moms (and those who care for and love the children in their lives)… to teach their children how to cultivate an inner foundation of courage, compassion, and confidence using the power of self-love.
What I have personally found from my own self-love journey was simple yet powerful tools that I could practice and use for both myself and my children. For years, these tools and practices have helped me when I’ve felt like I was going to my edge… to take a deep breath, return to my center, and have conversations with my children I never thought were possible.
And now I’m beyond excited to be sharing these tools with parents and guardians around the world.

Then on May 1st I’ll be teaching a 6-part course called Raising Children to Love Themselves, where I’ll be teaching six foundational self-love tools that help parents teach their children how to make self-loving choices self-criticism, stress, pressure and fear.
I am beyond grateful I took the leap of faith to leave my soul-starving j.o.b. so many moons ago to follow my heart and say yes to doing this work in the world.
