I really think it’s time I start my bucket list… because if I had a bucket list, I would have just checked off a big one for me.
It’s not that what I did was so huge. I didn’t climb Mt. Everest and I didn’t travel the world in 80 days.
This was something my heart and soul has wanted to do… and until recently, I was too scared to do.
Last night, I co-hosted a Winter Solstice Circle.
It was magical!
My Inner Mean Girl told me no one would want to come to my party if I offered a Winter Solstice circle. My Inner Mean Girl even laughed when we decided to hold our circle on Monday night.
And I’m happy to report that my Inner Wisdom out shined my Inner Mean Girl last night. Eight beautiful women attended, saying YES to pausing during this super powerful time of year.
When women gather in circle, magical things happen. When women open their hearts and speak their truth, magical things happen. When women are vulnerable, and when that sense of belonging is sparked, magical things happen.
We spent the evening tapping into our own Inner Goddess – connecting to ourselves, to each other, and to the divine/universe. As each women shared, we all could relate to her story… to her celebrations, her successes, her challenges, and her fears.
We spent the evening sharing our celebrations, remembering the challenges and triumphs we experienced in 2015, and releasing what no longer serves us.
We tapped into divine feminine (inner goddess) energies/essences that live within us. Essences and qualities like nurturance, compassion, acceptance, unconditional love, empowered empathy, presence, heart knowing, welcoming, honesty and truth, inclusiveness, and self empowerment.
We laughed. We cried. We shared. And we witnessed.
It was awesome!!!
I was so proud of myself for expanding my comfort zone… for creating a sacred circle of like-hearted women who wanted to play in the divine feminine, embrace their feminine power, and connect in delicious community.
