- Stop spending so much time and energy on things that don’t light me up.

Living in Alignment with Trust (Instead of Fear)
- Becoming friends with your fear.
- Know what you need to feel safe and calm when the fear emerges.
- Move past avoidance.
- Conjure courage to face your fears.
- Trust more. Fear is always going to be there because you are human. Trust is always available within stillness.
- Live true to yourself even in the face of fear and uncertainty.
- Strengthen your muscle of trusting yourself, listening to yourself, drowning out the noise, of listening to cues that come up in life (like anger, jealously or frustration or sadness) as invitations for you to explore what’s really going on inside. It’s a muscle that you probably have not used enough and haven’t learned how to use to the best of your ability.
