meditationI’ve been trying to create a daily meditation practice for the last two years. I love meditating, but life, the kids, my bed, coffee – you name it – usually distracts me in the morning and the next thing I know I didn’t meditate all day.

When I was at Celebrate Your Life earlier this June, I met the amazing GodPillow lady who introduced me to a whole new way of meditating. I’m now beginning (again) to meditate, but this time I’m using one her amazing meditation benches to help me concentrate and be still.

Here’s what I learned from today’s meditation…

Today in Meditation I Learned…

1. Meditating is hard.

2. I love my meditation bench.

3. I need a better, more relaxing background for my meditation videos (look at the chaos in the background. yuck.)

4. I’m not sure how I feel about spirit guides, but I like doing spirit guide meditations.

5. I need to CONCENTRATE more on getting fit.

6. I need to CONCENTRATE on my evolving business.

7. I need to CONCENTRATE on being still.

8. I’m still evolving.
