Daphne´s last blog post..The Gift of Community
Hi Stacey,
I love this post! It’s great to “see” you through the years! And, like Daphne, how wild that you and your husband began life together…literally! And I love the spontaneity of getting up and traveling, exploring, living life – very awesome!!
A random fact: My wife has a twin sister, who married one of my best friends from high school. And the girls were not from the same school as us, nor did we go to college together (although college is the connection, and college was when we all met…)

Great Post. I will have to do this too. It is cool to show people the real you. I love the story of how your husband and yourself knew each other from day 1. Thanks for sharing your life with us!!

Stacey, I have read a billion (okay, I exaggerate, but it’s close) of these in the past week or so. I love yours! Totally authentic. I agree with the others–the tidbit about your husband & you in the hospital is amazing. Some things are just meant to be.
You’re a fascinating person and have had – still have – a fascinating life. It was great to learn more about you!
Oh Stacey – what a beautiful list! And thanks for the link!
The part about your births is extraordinary and moving – you seem very adventurous, and I love your photos. – R x

Stacey,
How cool to share this with the world. Nice piccies 🙂
When you were born fathers sat in the waiting room didn’t they? What a great story that is.
My 2,5 year old looks like me too when he’s grumpy and angry 🙂
I find it cool that you traveled a lot. Opens up the mind.

I don’t know which is more fascinating, the part where Oprah called you, the two of you being born together and meeting again, or traveling Europe alone, but all together, it would make a very interesting book or movie.
Rummuser – You would be amazed at your list if you completed this exercise!
Daphne – Yes, you can say he is my soul mate.
Lance – Reflecting on my list made reconnect to my adventurous spirit!
Jay – I recommend the exercise. I had no idea what I was going to write before I started the process.
Tess – I love my adventure bug (except it is making me climb the walls this winter).
Hip Mom’s Guide – I have read so many that it pushed me into writing my own list.
Vered – I need to think of myself as fascinating when I’m doing my day-to-day house hold chores. Chores don’t make me feel fascinating.
Robin – Thanks for the true inspiration to share my list on this blog.
Alik – I think #4 is my favorite too! I’m looking forward to one day taking my 4th trip back to Israel.
The Journey Within – Welcome to CreateaBalance.com!
Diane – I entered my name into a contest to be in Oprah’s magazine and surprisingly she was the one that called me. But unfortunately, I was never in the magazine.
Lisa – You can do a list like this! Pictures are not required.
Mimi – I want my mind to open up some more, which must mean I need to find the time and budget to travel!
Wendi – Hey, if you know any producers I’d love to sell my stories!
