Inner Peace Prosperity

6-week transformational program for successful driven women ready to have career success and financial prosperity, while  also taking a stand for their mental health & emotional well-being.

Inner Peace Prosperity is a 6-week coach-guided cohort-based wellness program, for success driven women, who are feeling stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and other strong emotions that are taking a toll on your mental well-being and inner peace.

You will learn and practice the best, most effective, evidence-based tools to 1) access inner peace, 2) decrease your fear, stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and 3) improve your mental health and emotional well-being. The tools and best practices you learn and practice in this program will help you turn your current stressed out and anxious mindset into a clear, calm, centered, peaceful mindset.

When you sign up you will be placed in a cohort of successful driven women who also crave and value inner peace. Your cohort will have approximately 25 members and will be facilitated by Stacey Hoffer, who has extensive in-depth training and is one of the most experienced mental health + emotional wellness coaches in the United States.

Each week you will be part of a live group coaching session on a specific area of the Inner Peace Prosperity framework and then commit to practicing one life changing tool between each session – that reduces stress & anxiety and increases your inner peace.

By the end of six sessions, you will have experienced, practiced, and embodied best practices that will help you access inner peace whenever you need it most.

Here is what you will experience in the Inner Peace Prosperity program:

Weekly group coaching sessions: Each week you will be introduced to the focus for the week, participate in a group coaching session based on core principles needed to reduce stress & access inner peace. You will also be introduced to your weekly inner peace practice and receive supporting materials needed for each practice.

The Inner Peace Prosperity Program will focus on these topics:

Weekly group coaching sessions: Once a week, you will have an interactive group coaching session, have the opportunity to be coached, get your questions answered, receive inspiring motivation, and learn that week’s Inner Peace Prosperity practice. Plan to show up to every session because they will help you decrease your stress and increase your immediate access to inner peace.

Six weekly practices: Each week you will be given a best-in-class evidence-based tools and practices and be held accountable to practice each tool throughout the week (in real-world everyday situations). These tools and practices are research based and have been designed to improve your mental and emotional well-being in a very short amount of time. You are going to love these. They are simple, calming, and life changing. You’ll be given all the tools and resources to assist you in these weekly practices.

Private online community: You will have access to a private Facebook Group where you can connect with other members of Inner Peace Prosperity and receive personal support from Stacey Hoffer. Share your wins and your challenges here and be held accountable to your progress, practices, and personal goals for accessing inner peace.

Inner Peace Prosperity library and member site: You will have access to the Inner Peace Prosperity member site that contains your group coaching recordings, plus videos, worksheets, and other resources to help you access inner peace.

The results: By the end of this 6-week experience, you will have deepened your practice of six proven tools that will help you reduce your stress levels and access inner peace.

You will leave with an Inner Peace Prosperity toolkit, including…

  • Processes for increasing your self-confidence, self-trust, and self-compassion.
  • Methods for improving your mental/cognitive clarity, shifting negative self-talk, and being more present.
  • Strategies for feeling calm, clear, centered, and more alive – even during life’s greatest challenges.
  • Tools for decreasing stress levels, self-judgment, fear, anxiety, and overwhelm.
  • Practices for managing your stress levels, calming your nervous system, accessing a state of tranquility, and letting go of trying to control what you can’t control.
  • Exercises to help you live in more alignment with your values and your authentic self.
